Terms applicable to Premium subscriptions

1. Purpose

These Terms of Sale apply to all purchases of Premium subscriptions on Upon.Top. Any purchase implies full acceptance of these Terms.

2. Offers and pricing

Upon.Top offers a Premium subscription with advanced features. Prices are indicated in euros including VAT and may be modified at any time. The applicable price is the one in effect at the time of ordering.

3. Order and payment

Payment is made online by credit card through our secure payment provider Stripe. The order is validated after payment confirmation. You will receive a confirmation email with the details of your subscription.

4. Subscription duration

The Premium subscription is available on a monthly or annual basis. It is automatically renewed at the end of each period, unless canceled by the user before the renewal date.

5. Right of withdrawal

In accordance with Article L221-28 of the Consumer Code, you have a period of 14 days to exercise your right of withdrawal without having to justify reasons. To exercise this right, contact us at support@upon.top.

6. Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. The cancellation will take effect at the end of the current subscription period. No refund will be made for the current period.

7. Warranties

We are committed to providing the Premium features described at the time of purchase. In case of significant and lasting malfunction, you may request a proportional refund.

8. Personal data

The data collected during your purchase is necessary for processing your order. See our Privacy Policy for more information.

9. Complaints

For any complaint, contact our customer service at support@upon.top. In case of unresolved dispute, you may resort to consumer mediation.

10. Applicable law

These Terms of Sale are governed by French law. Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent French courts.
